Namaste %FIRSTNAME%,

I hope you had a good week?

This week in class we move and not moved in our 'moving meditation'. It is a practice I go to many times. Very versatile and you can go as fast or as slow as you need in it.

It is so special to be able to practice outside this time of year and I hope you are getting an opportunity to do this.

The Ananda Centre newsletter is out and here is the link - HERE

(just in case - I may not have the sun salute video up on it yet, ye are the first to receive it!)

Ananda hum is an old Sanskrit mantra that can be said silently or out loud as a focus for meditation. It means "I am bliss" or "Happiness is who I really am." The yogi uses the phrase "ananda hum" as a mantra to help them get in touch with their own blissful and happy nature.

Pushpaputa mudra is a flower-offering gesture. When you're open to what the Divine offers, you're the offering.

"The steady buzzzzzzz of the Katydid chorus,
the bass solo of the croaking Frog,
the steady woof-woof-woof a barking Dog -
a summer night's serenade."

May all be well,
