ABOUT BRENDA ROCK
I am a Hatha and Restorative Yoga Instructor as well as a Yoga Therapist.
After receiving my 500hr certification in Hatha Yoga from Yoga Therapy Ireland in 2013 and Post Graduate Diploma In Yoga Therapy in 2016. I have continued to expand my knowledge by attending teachings lead by Uma Dinsmore Tuli, Judith Lasater, Amy Matthews, Donna Farhi. Regular classes and workshops are held at Ananda Centre, Slane and internationally. I lead a retreat each year on Silver Island, Greece. I continue my professional studies with a particular interest in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Yoga for Women’s Health.
I want people to know that they can take back control of their bodies and stop pain, stress, anxiety. I offer yoga to help alleviate the body pain and other issues while at the same time allowing people to take responsibility for their own bodies, by giving them the tools to do exactly that. These tools can be mastered through the practice of Yoga postures, breath-work, rest and meditation.
