Being Well week of June 13th 2022

Hi %FIRSTNAME%,
well it really feels like summer is here at last! I hope you get to throw some shapes, breath and meditate in the garden while it is good. Such a different feeling doing our practice outside.
We had our strawberry moon last Tuesday and we honoured it with some moon salutations and a relaxation that was moon themed too.
I am finishing up writing a teaching manual for Yoga Therapy Ireland on Mindfulness - of which I have had to put into practice a few times doing so! I wanted to share some of the books I recommend and websites too should you wish to explore a bit more.
We explored the sitali and sitkari breath practices this week - how did you get on?
Here is more info on the ananda centre blog about them - https://www.anandacentre.com/blog/what-and-how-sitali-and-sitkari-breath
And the mudra was Sakshi -
