This week we looked at balance of rest and energy. We cannot keep going if our batteries are low. The Manipura chakra gives us the fire but we need to have the reserves too. It's about the balance, right? When we rest we are showing ourselves compassion for our needs in a world that glorifies busy.

NB: Some of you may or may not know I head to Greece every mid September to teach on Silver Island and this year Goulwen is meeting me after and we will get to explore a little more of Greece. This means I will be out of action for 3 weeks and will be pausing payments. I will pop in to say hi and show some photos!

Matangi Mudra
Matangi Mudra

A sacred hand gesture or "seal," Matangi Mudra is named after the Hindu goddess Matangi. It is used to reduce stress, enhance digestive health, nourish the circulatory and lymphatic systems, ease anxiety, and strengthen resolve.
