Yoga Circle for Perimenopause Workshop

Join Brenda for a transformative 3-hour yoga workshop designed specifically for those in perimenopause. This workshop offers an holistic approach to addressing the physical, emotional, and mental changes that can arise during this transitional phase of life.

Led by Brenda, an experienced yoga therapist and 2 years post menopause, the workshop will include movement practices that are specifically designed to support the hormonal shifts and changes that occur during perimenopause. Through a sequence of poses and movements, participants will have the opportunity to connect with their bodies, build strength, and increase flexibility.

Breath work practices will also be incorporated to help calm the mind and balance the nervous system, which can be especially beneficial during times of stress and anxiety that are common during perimenopause.

In addition to the physical practices, the workshop will include time for rest and relaxation. Participants will have the opportunity to settle into restorative poses and enjoy guided relaxation techniques (Yoga Nidra) to help promote deep rest and rejuvenation.

Whether you are experiencing hot flushes, mood swings, sleeplessness or the many other symptoms of perimenopause, this workshop offers a safe and supportive space to explore practices that can help manage the physical and emotional changes that come with this transitional phase of life. All levels of experience are welcome, and modifications will be offered to ensure that each participant can practice safely and comfortably.
